Getting to us
- We are located on the second floor of the Westland Medical Centre, in Westland Avenue, off North Street in Hornchurch. There is limited street parking on Westland Avenue so it may be best to park in the Sainsburys carpark: the car entrance to the parking is via Billet Lane and is free for 2 hours. Once parked, you can walk through the carpark to reach North Street and Westland Avenue (route highlighted on map). It is a 150m-walk.
- There are two disabled parking bays in front of the building.
Travel by public transport:
- The closest station is Emerson Park on the London Overground Line and is a 10-minute walk. Hornchurch Station on the District Line is a 15-minute walk. Both stations are served by the 256 bus route which will take you to the top of Westland Avenue.
- Taxis are usually also available at this station.

Payment
We accept ApplePay, GooglePay and most credit/debit cards, including Amex. Up-to-date fees are displayed in the waiting room and payment will be taken on the day for most examinations, unless we have an account arrangement with your referrer.
Our services are recognised by most insurers. Please obtain an authorisation number specific to your CBCT scan and inform us of your membership/policy number before your appointment.
Please be advised that, when payment is on an account to a third party (e.g. insurance, embassy or sponsor), in the event of non-payment or shortfall on the account, patients are liable for settlement accordingly.
